Cancellation is not possible. In case of no-show or early departure, the full booking amount will be charged.

Please note the following regulations:

• Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM (self-check-in, fully automated without reception).
• In case of late arrival, please send us a short note. You will receive all important information such as access code and check-in details by email before your arrival.
• Prices do not include city tax of € 2,50 per night and person aged 15 years and older.
